Thermal and dielectric insulating parts in composites
Composite insulating box

ELIT's composite materials combine thermal resistance, mechanical strength and insulating properties. They are specially designed to meet the requirements of industrial environments, particularly those subject to high thermal, electrical or mechanical stress.
Available in different formulations, densities and finishes, they cover a wide temperature range from -160°C to +700°C.

Our COMPOSITE MATERIALS Families

PHENOLIC COMPOSITE FAMILY (Density: 1400 Kg/m³)

Excellent electrical insulation and mechanical strength for low-temperature applications.
Temperature range: -160°C to +120°C

Specific features :

Phenolic composites are distinguished by their ability to maintain mechanical properties while offering good insulating properties. Their slip properties and dimensional stability make them ideal for environments requiring robust, moisture-resistant parts.
