INSULFLEX acoustic mats are designed to effectively reduce noise pollution in industrial environments. They are particularly suited to environments where rigid enclosures are impossible or unsuitable. Their flexible, dismountable structure means they can be installed quickly and equipment can be easily accessed for maintenance.

Made to measure, they perfectly follow the shape of the machines to be soundproofed, while ensuring excellent acoustic performance.

  • Industrial durability: resistant textile envelopes (PVC, siliconized glass, PTFE glass).
  • Fire-retardant: M1-rated materials in compliance with DIN 75 200.
  • Maximum standard operating temperature: 70°C, high-temperature version available on request.

Concept / Technique

Each acoustic mat consists of :

  • A multi-layer insulating filling: rock wool, cellular foam and heavy mass.
  • A technical textile envelope: choice of fabric to suit the environment (PVC, siliconized glass, PTFE...).
  • A removable fastening system: VELCRO™, straps with metal buckles or eyelets.

The unit is designed to fit perfectly around noisy equipment (pumps, fans, special machines, etc.), offering maximum noise reduction and easy maintenance.

Acoustic lining :

  • Mineral wool (glass wool, rock wool, etc.)
  • Honeycomb foam
  • Heavy mass of 5 to 10 kg/m² depending on model

Fire classification :

  • M1 (PV IFTH 15-00251 L)
  • <100 mm/min selon DIN 75 200

Standard thicknesses :

  • INSULFLEX Phonique 40: 43 mm - 8 kg/m² (8 lb/ft²)
  • INSULFLEX Phonique 50: 56 mm - 14 kg/m² (14 lbs/m²)
