A family business since 1932
Founded in 1932 by Eugène Bonnet, ELIT is a family-run business that has evolved and innovated in the field ofindustrial thermal insulation. Initially based in Lyon Vaise, over the years the company has specialized in various solutions forrigid and flexible insulation, thermal insulation, fire protection andoptimizing the energy performance of industrial equipment.
Over the decades, ELIT has established itself as a benchmark player, developing tailor-made solutions to help industries reduce their heat loss and carbon footprint, while ensuring compliance with current regulations.
An evolution over generations
A strategic move
With the development of its activities, ELIT has transferred its head office and production workshops to Brindas, on the outskirts of Lyon. This move has optimized the manufacture of rigid and flexible insulation solutions, while improving the responsiveness and quality of services offered to industrial customers.

The company has continually invested in new materials and innovative processes to improve itsthermal insulation, thermal lagging, acoustic insulation and electrical tracing solutions.
