Fibrous materials are high-performance insulators designed to guarantee excellent thermal insulation in the most demanding industrial environments. They are available in various forms - rigid boards, flexible blankets, felts and papers - and offer optimum thermal insulation up to 1800°C.

Operating temperature from 1420°C to 1800°C

Features :

  • Unclassified fibers with low biopersistence (in compliance with environmental regulations).
  • Rigid or flexible material, lightweight and resistant to extreme temperatures.
  • Low thermal conductivity
  • Suitable for environments requiring high-performance thermal insulation.
  • Molded parts possible. (200 to 400 kg/m³)

  • Insulation for industrial furnaces and thermal equipment.
  • Protection against thermal shock and molten metal splashes.
  • Insulating high-temperature pipes and ducts.

  • Fibers not classified as low biopersistence (REACH / Note Q compliant).
  • Rigid or molded material, lightweight and resistant to extreme temperatures.
  • Very low thermal conductivity.
  • Low heat storage.
  • Excellent thermal shock resistance.
  • Good machinability (complex shapes achievable without molding).
  • Compatible with rapid heating/cooling cycles.
  • Resistant to aggressive thermal environments.
  • Special molded parts available.
