Job description
ELIT is an industrial SME founded in 1955 specializing in industrial insulation. The company supports its industrial customers in optimizing energy efficiency and thermal protection for their facilities through customized solutions.
As part of its ongoing efforts to improve and streamline its internal processes, ELIT launched a strategic project in 2026 to implement a Quality Management System compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
This project is an important step in the company's development and aims to structure practices, formalize processes, and strengthen the organization's overall performance.
In this context, ELIT is looking for a Quality Management intern (M/F) to actively participate in the implementation of this system.
This internship offers a very practical and educational experience, with direct involvement in a project that is shaping the company.
Your responsibilities
As part of the project team, you will be involved in the following tasks:
Process analysis and structuring
• Participate in mapping key business processes
• Formalize existing processes in collaboration with teams
• Identify interactions between different departments
Implementation of the Quality Management System
• Contribute to the drafting and structuring of quality documentation
• Identify deviations from the requirements of ISO 9001:2015
• Participate in bringing internal practices into compliance
Definition of performance indicators
• Participate in defining performance and monitoring indicators
• Help implement monitoring and management tools
Awareness-raising and support for teams
• Participate in internal communication regarding the quality approach
• Contribute to raising awareness among teams about the ISO 9001 approach
• Support departments in adopting new tools and practices
Desired profile
Student enrolled in a two- to five-year higher education program:
• Quality/QSE
• Organizational management or industrial management
• Engineering school, bachelor's or master's degree specializing in quality/QSE
Ideally, you have:
• Basic knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001)
• Interest in continuous improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Expected qualities
• Rigorous and organized
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
