ELITEX 2002 A

ELITEX 2002 A is a glass fabric reinforced with 1.4401 stainless steel wire (AISI 316).

It is particularly suited to the manufacture of large, heavy insulating blankets that are subject to mechanical stress and/or vibration.

- Largeur / Width: 1000/1200 mm ± 1 % (DIN EN 1773)

- Warp: 16 yarns/cm ± 3% (EN 1049-2) (yarns/cm)

- Weft: 16.3 yarns/cm ± 3% (EN 1049-2) (yarns/cm)

- Breaking strength warp / Résistance rupture chaîne: 1000 N/cm ± 10% (EN ISO 13934-1)

- Resistance rupture trame / Breaking strength weft: 900 N/cm ± 10% (EN ISO 13934-1)

- Weave : Serge croisé

- Treatment: 1-sided PU coating 20 g/m² with aluminum pigments

- Température maximale d'utilisation en continu sans
contrainte mécanique / Maximum continuous
temperature without mechanical stress : 650 °C (Oven test) (Polyurethane resistant up to 200 °C)
